We are strategists, creatives, copywriters, and account success managers (yes, people dedicated to making sure our clients succeed) that know what it takes to make your brand great. Our team comes from a social media background including brands such as Wells Fargo, Stainmaster, Trulia, and Southwest, but we decided to forge our own path here TCE.

 Our promises:

  • All employees are afforded as much time as needed for mental health days and to protest.

  • When hiring, we will ensure all job listings have visibility to BIPOC. We are doing so by posting job listings with groups specifically for BIPOC like CCNYC.

  • Each month we will be featuring a BIPOC owned business on our Instagram. 

  • We offer free one-hour social media consults for BIPOC owned businesses. 

  • When creating social media posts for clients we will ensure at least 50% of “people posts” will represent POC. This also goes for the roster of influencers we work with. 

  • We will ensure all BIPOC make an equal or higher wage than their co-workers with the same job title. If no similar job title exists, we will ensure they make at least $1 more per hour than our lowest-paid employee.
